At EB Maths, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential in maths.
No two children learn in exactly the same way or at the same pace. Some are ready to move ahead long before the class does, while others need a little more time and support to fully understand a topic before moving on. In a busy classroom, teachers work incredibly hard to meet the needs of every pupil, but with limited time and large classes, it isn't always possible to provide every child with the personalised learning experience they need.
That's where EB Maths comes in.
We provide children with the freedom to learn at their own pace, revisit topics whenever they need to, and progress only when they're ready. Whether a child wants to get ahead, reinforce classroom learning, or build confidence in areas they find challenging, EB Maths is there to support them every step of the way.
Learning without limits
Traditional classroom learning follows a timetable, but learning doesn't always happen on a timetable.
Some children are capable of progressing beyond what is currently being taught in school, but the curriculum naturally moves as a whole class. Others may need a little longer to understand a topic before the class moves on. Both situations can leave children feeling frustrated—either because they're being held back or because they've been left behind.
EB Maths removes those barriers by allowing children to:

Built by someone passionate about maths
EB Maths has been created by the founder of the platform, who holds a degree in Mathematics and has a passion for making maths more accessible and enjoyable for children.
While there are many excellent maths teachers, it's worth recognising that holding a mathematics degree is not a requirement for teaching maths in schools, particularly in primary education. Teachers often have to teach across a wide range of subjects, which means they may not all have specialist mathematics backgrounds.
That inspired the creation of EB Maths—a platform built around a deep understanding of mathematics and a focus on helping children develop genuine understanding rather than simply memorising methods. Every lesson, question and explanation has been designed to encourage logical thinking, build confidence and help children understand why a method works.

EB Maths has launched with a focus on Key Stage 2 (KS2) maths and 11+ entrance exam preparation.
